Ⅰ, Pre-sales service:
Serving users; product introduction, technical disclosure, quality assurance, and abide by reputation.
Ⅱ, the sale service:
1. During the use of the product, the company regularly organizes technical, quality inspection and other service personnel to conduct user visits and ask users for feedback on product quality, usage, and improvement opinions, so as to further improve product quality.
2. For some special or complex products, the company arranges relevant user personnel to conduct training on the professional knowledge of product installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ⅲ, After-sales service:
1. During the warranty period of our company's products, the "Three Guarantees" service is implemented.
2. For after-sales service, users are required to fill in the quality feedback information form after the service and make appraisal opinions in order to improve our service work.
